Please note that the following Terms and Conditions apply specifically to product sales. For information regarding rental tablecloth Terms and Conditions, please visit the Rental Division section.

 

Taxes

 

Applicable sales tax will be automatically applied to orders shipped to certain states (refer to our FAQ section for the complete list). Buyers will be responsible for all relevant duties and taxes on orders shipped to locations outside our country.

 

Typographical Errors

 

In cases where an order is placed at an inaccurate price due to incorrect supplier/manufacturer information, a typographical error, or a misprint, we reserve the right to cancel or void such orders. Whether your order has been accepted with or without payment processing, we retain the right to cancel such orders. In cases where payment has already been processed on such orders, we will either void the payment if possible or process a refund through the original payment method.

 

Shipping

 

– We take pride in shipping orders promptly.

– The standard production time for tablecloths is 4-5 business days. “Fast track” upgrades are available for an additional fee to expedite production and shipping.

– Other general linen products usually ship within 1-2 business days.

– In-stock items typically ship the same day if ordered before 2 PM E.S.T. When selecting express shipping, we can often process rush orders for same-day shipping.

– Large orders (100+ tablecloths) may take 3-5 days to manufacture.

– If you require your purchase urgently, call our office at (786) 219-8838 before placing your order to ensure accurate delivery estimates.

– We reserve the right to choose an appropriate shipping method and carrier company based on your selected shipping method and delivery date.

 

Shipping Destinations

 

We ship to all 50 states of the United States using the United States Postal Service and UPS. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all brokerage fees, taxes, and duties charged to process international border shipments. The policies of each shipping carrier vary and are subject to change without notice. For more information, please refer to the shipping carriers’ websites.

 

Delays, Errors, and Carrier Issues

 

– We are not responsible for any delays due to an incomplete or incorrect address, nor are we responsible for any delays caused by our shipping company. We are also not responsible for any delays due to weather conditions (e.g., snow, tornadoes, road closures, etc.). For international shipments, we are not responsible for any delays due to customs, as it is beyond our control.

– Once the goods have left our warehouse, we are not responsible for orders, either financially or otherwise.

– In the event that the carrier company makes an error and UPS was used, please ask us to file a claim on your behalf. Unfortunately, claims cannot be filed if USPS was used.

– If UPS fails to meet a guaranteed delivery service, then our company can file a claim on your behalf to recover shipping costs and obtain a refund for shipping. Please note that only UPS guaranteed shipping methods, such as UPS 3DAY AIR, UPS 2ND DAY AIR, UPS NEXT DAY AIR, have guaranteed delivery. UPS Ground is not a guaranteed shipping method, and actual delivery times may vary. We cannot be held responsible if you are not available when delivery is attempted. This will not be considered a delay in the delivery date.

– Refunds for shipping costs will only occur after the shipping company approves your claim and releases funds from its claims process.

– In cases where we cannot recover compensation from the shipping company, we are not responsible for replacing or compensating your order, as the items left our warehouse in perfect condition.

 

Returned/Rejected Packages

 

Packages rejected at their destination or returned to our store due to multiple delivery attempts for any reason will be refunded without prior notice and processed according to the following rules:

 

– The cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Even if the original order was shipped with a free shipping method, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

– Return shipping costs and/or customs duties (for international packages that are returned/rejected) charged by the shipping company for the returned/rejected package will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Out of Stock Products

 

In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated restocking date and offer alternative colors or fabrics. You can choose to wait, select an alternative, or request a refund.

 

Cancellation

 

Orders can be canceled in writing before the tablecloths are manufactured. Cancellations will not be accepted for any reason once production has begun.

 

Colors

 

We understand the importance of color accuracy in our products. However, color representation may vary from what you see on your computer screen due to monitor variations.

 

Disclaimer

 

All direct or indirect information, content, products, and components listed on this website are provided without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether direct or indirect, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee in any way that the purposes and actions corresponding to and performed on this website will be uninterrupted and free from errors, that all imperfections and defects will be corrected, or that there will be no harmful components or viruses generated through this site or its server. Order Acceptance Policy

 

The receipt of an order confirmation (electronically or otherwise) does not indicate that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right, after receiving your order, to accept or decline your order or to provide less than the quantity you ordered for any item, for any reason. If we cannot fulfill the quantity of the items you ordered and you give us consent to ship the products without the full quantity, you have the option to receive a full refund for the price you paid for the missing items. If you simply decide you do not want the item anymore, we can cancel your order and refund the total amount you paid.

 

 

 

We ask that you double-check your order information to ensure it is accurate. We reserve the right to place orders with inaccurate or missing information on hold without prior notice. We will attempt to contact you through the information you have provided in your account regarding your order status. If there is no response within 7 days, your order may be canceled and refunded without further communication.

 

Return Policy

 

Item Returns

 

Any returns of items will be subject to approval. We should receive the item/items within 14 days after approval. Returnable items must be in resalable condition, in their original packaging, and should show no signs of use. We request that you use a carrier with tracking and signature confirmation to prevent product loss.

 

RETURNS

 

For any reason, if you wish to return part or your entire order, you may request a return within sixty (60) days after receiving your order. However, shipping fees paid for the order are not included in the refund, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend choosing a carrier with tracking and signature confirmation to ensure the safety of the products.

 

A few key points:

 

– Clearance items and customized items are not eligible for return.

– Items purchased as a set or bundle must be returned as a set/bundle to qualify for a full refund. The value of any missing items from the set/bundle will be deducted from the total value of the items for the refund.

– For returns with a promotion code or discounts, the refund amount will be adjusted according to the discount given.

– Please allow the returns department up to 7 business days upon receipt of items to process and inspect your return.
